Reggae music on Fridays! Dr. L (because nobody ever says his full name) is kind and gentle. We moved to California in 2009. We went through dentist every 6 months for 2 years until we found Dr L. Finally a dentist who is attentive to the patient needs and not suggesting a bunch of cosmetic work. The whole staff is professional and courteous to my family's needs

Very pleased indeed! From my very first visit at Rancho Santa Margarita Dental Group. I was made to feel welcome and comfortable both by the friendly staff and the pleasant environment of the office. Dr. Larijani is an excellent dentist. He took the time to listen and to explain every procedure he was doing. He explains the pros and cons of the treatment so that I can make an independent and informed decision. Dr. Larijani is the first dentist who paused to ask me if anything hurt and it was the first time I had totally pain-free dentistry. The entire staff are considerate, caring and great professionals. I would highly recommend Rancho Santa Margarita Dental Group!
